Under the dashboard on the driver's side is a pull handle that partly opens the catch on the hood and then you have to open the catch located midway along under the hood edge by squeezing it and pulling it upwards. The hood should lift and remain in place. To close the hood, push down hard on the top of the hood where it will engage the locking mechanism as it touches the bottom edge of the hood.
In the drivers side by your feet
To reset the hood on a Saab 93, first ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and the ignition is off. Open the hood and locate the release mechanism, usually found near the front of the hood or on the latch itself. Gently pull the release lever or button to disengage the hood, and then close it firmly to ensure it latches properly. If issues persist, consult the owner's manual or a professional for further assistance.

you might be able to get under the car somehow and flip the hood release from the inside.

In the glove compartment. It is actually a little T handle in the glove compartment which when pulled releases the hood and a secondary release is under the hood that also has to be released.
