The governor spring adjustments
Does it do it in neutral when you rev the engine up... if so it's the power steering pump...
The engine will have difficulty in performing correctly!!
if the engine isn't reved enough it will stall
Rev limiter to save the engine from blowing up. Rev limiter to save the engine from blowing up.
you should never rev your engine when you start your car it sometimes takes the oil pump time to pump oil up into the engine heads if you rev it too much your engine could suck a valve or blow a lifter.
how can I get the lowest price on a new car
That is the correct spelling of "rev your engine" -- a slang term meaning to speed up the engine (increase the revolutions of the cylinders about the engine shaft). The similar term (although possibly more extreme) is to "gun the engine."
The gearbox enables the engine to work in its most efficient rev range while the vehicle is moving off from stationary through to its top speed. Moving off from rest you need a low gear so that the engine can rev freely while starting to get the weight of the vehicle moving from zero speed, through to a high gear when the vehicle has momentum and less effort is required to keep it moving.
REV can mean many things depending on how it is used. Reverend is a religious title as in "Rev. King" Revving an engine is to increase the engine speed. "rev it up for a minute" Revision is a change to an item or document. "Document 1, Rev 1.3" Revolution refers to one rotation of a thing or insurrection.
Try putting it in drive.
The rev limiter is part of the rotor arm so you need to replace the rotor arm with one that has no rev limiter, but it does have it for a reason !!!! to stop you blowing the engine up
