i don't know much about Mercedes but i would probably check the freon in your air system.
because when moving it is sucking a lot more air from outside. try turning the circulation button on and see if that helps.
I did it I'm pretty sure you hold down the "clock" button until it starts blinking, if not "clock" button try holding down one of the other two but when it start blinking then hit prees then button right above it and when you get it right hit the button below clock button to switch over to min. and adust that too.
The AC works much better when the air re-circulation button is on.
You have a problem with the transmission. Seek professional help.
press all three buttons on the left (wiper- wiper washer- wash ) along with the a/c button hold 5 secs. release and it will perform self dia. codes will flash or system will reset and the top left button willthe only button blinking ( THIS MEANS ITS RESET). When this happens ( top left light blinking ) depress 1 time and system will be reset.

put the heat to maximum set the control to defrost and crack a window a little to let out the moisture in the car also make sure you set the air circulation button to outside air
i too have same problem. i noticed that when i turn on head lamp then only red LED keeps blinking.
