No they are not. For Zumba you need a STABLE shoe, these have an uneven base which are ONLY meant for toning while walking .. they are not made to be doing all the lateral movements and twisting that come with Zumba.

In my opinion i would say that Reebok EasyTone, because if you look at the shoe it looks much better than sketchers Shape-ups, and if you look at the Reebok commercial the chick who is in the commercial wearing the Reebok shoes has a really nice ass(bum), so obviously it works and if you want your but to look like that get those shoes, that's why they are so much better.
