Yes, they are good for these benefits:
If you're looking for a shoe with a flat sole, the Vibram Five Fingers are a good fit. If you are looking for shoes that are designed for flat feet, then you will be looking for something that has solid arch support.
Vibram manufacture what is known as the 'five-fingered' shoe or the 'bare-foot' shoe. These shoes are especially designed to promote healthy feet, as well as endurance and strength with regular use.
Vibram Five Fingers simulates walking barefoot, which moves your body in a more natural and healthy way. Vibram FiveFingers stimulate muscles in your feet and lower legs to build strength and improve range of motion.
Vibram Five Finger Shoes say that you can strengthen muscles in the feet and lower legs, improve range of motion and increase sensory reception important to balance and agility. Imagine footwear that might just make running safer and healthier, by encouraging a forefoot strike and a more natural running from that creates less impact on the knees, hips and lower back.
A monkey and/or primate.
It's good for your feet and it will really fit well on your toes. They are good for running exercises and it's also really light. It's comfortable in your feet and best to use on exercises.
None. Most people have five fingers on each hand and five toes on each foot.
They are so comfortable!!! The only bad part I would say about them is takng them on and off. Also, I wouldn't recommend buying them if you think toe sock feel weird. (because of the little individual toes)
That's False
6 feet
Phalangesphalanges is the fingers and toes
I suppose that one problem would be buying shoes. Most people have only two feet and shoes are sold in pairs. A person with five feet would need to buy at least three pairs of shoes. I am assuming that a person with 5 feet would have either two left feet and three right feet OR three left feet and two right feet. If the person has five left feet OR five right feet, then five pairs of shoes are needed. (Of course, if he's a twin, then all his problems are halved. Or doubled?) -- OR if you're looking for the answer to the math-puzzle teachers hand out the word for word answer is, "Buying two and a half pairs of shoes."
