Workouts supplements are not something you take just for the sake of it.

Supplements either SUPPLEMENT your normal everyday diet in instances where you may not be getting enough of a particular nutrient or add a substances that enhances perormence somehow.

Taking a protein supplenment when you are already getting enough protein is a waste of money and it also places extra stress on certain systems the body and this applies to all supplements.

A 12 year old should have more important things to worry about...Like growing up.

some workout supplements like acai force max some recovery pills and most proteins can be good. the proteins build fat which is burned and turned into muscle.

i recomend max protein.i myself a year ago when i was 12 i gained 13 pounds of muscle and went from doing 65 3 stes of 10-to doing 90 3 sets of 10.

if you do hgh please take half the recommended dose. the full does is the adult does. and state if you can take a kidney repairer found in any walgrens just in case of bad kidneys.
