If you go to the wal mart site online you can see some customer reviews on this there people that are almost 300lbs and theirs is doing fine! I get mine today so we will see how it goes :)

This is a Walmart "exclusive" made by Icon Health & Fitness. It's an inexpensive, entry-level unit.
It is NOT sturdy enough for running and definitely not running by anyone approaching 300lbs.
Additionally it has only a 2.5 HP motor giving just enough power for walking or some very light jogging. I'll politely suggest that most "bigger people" aren't looking for a treadmill to support "running". The unit maxes out at 10mph - a good jogging speed. If you are a runner/training, this is not the right model for you. If you are looking for light/medium cardio, this is a good "starter unit."
If you want something that will last for more than a couple years of use, or want to use it for running, you need a higher-end treadmill, which start at about $1,000.
If you are looking for a treadmill for the express purpose of walking or jogging the Golds Gym 450 is your best bet. However, if you are looking for a sturdier treadmill that you can run on the Horizon Evolve SG is a great choice.
That depends on which golds gym you visit and what state you are located. The cost of an unlimited Fitness membership varies from state to state. You would have to visit the gym.
Using a treadmill allows you to exercise during the months when it is not preferred to go outside. For example, if you feel like going for a run on an extremely hot day, it might not be preferred to go outside. If you have a treadmill or go to a gym with a treadmill, you can run at a comfortable temperature.
I assume you mean treadmill(?). A treadmill is a stationary exercise machine on which you can run or walk for exercise. If you go into almost any gym you will see them. They are great for cardio exercising especially in the winter when conditions are bad outside.

You can stand on the treadmill, but you can't run on it.
What you should look for when buying a treadmil is a treadmil that will fulfill your needs. If all you is a simple rotating surfact to run on buy a simple one, if you need one where the ramp will adjust with different modes for workout then buy that one.
Set the treadmill at 7 mph.
