Ecstacy has catabolic effects on the body due to the overwhelming effects it has on the body. So technically you will have as much improvement as you would sober, however as long as you're eating sufficiently and drinking A LOT of water you won't "lose" muscle.

I do not in any way shape or form recommend this. It's extremely dangerous and MDMA is a drug served close to a lethal dose at a recreational level. If you are going to do it, work out at least 48 hours after taking ecstasy.
