no. having your hands over your head doesn't cause rapid breathing but rather opens up your chest and increases lung capacity allowing your diaphragm ( the spongy muscle under your rib cage) to contract more and have a greater range of movement, and the intercostal muscles ( the muscles in-between your ribs) increase chest and lung volume so more air taken per breath hope it helps
