This product is unsafe. It puts you into the perfect position for a knee injury, especially of the ACL because of all the twisting. If you have back problems, the turning motion could also cause injury or pain. Also, the base is not very large, making falls especially easy. If you have problems with balancing, this product is dangerous. So I would not recommend buying one.
