Not necessarily. 😄. The Nike+ iPod (or earlier Nike+ Run Club accessories) is just a sensor kit for recording running data, and doesn't come with Nike shoes. You need to buy shoes separately, and I recommend Nike+ shoes, as they have dedicated sensor slots on the soles.
