well first you just need to get in shape and use to exercise by pushing yourself a little everyday, for example start by walking a block, then the next day walk 2, later maybe jog a block and walk another and ect. Also you want to breath correctly. You inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. when you inhale through your nose the air gets moistened because of the mucus so then you dont have cold air going strait to your lungs.
