Before you read, you must know that I am a dedicated runner. Recently, I had cut my leg on some glass. I had shin splints that were in need of some icing already, so it hurt on impact, but once I drew the glass from my leg, it showed a centimeter deep slice that is three inches from end to end. I have 11 stitches on my right shin, right above the bone. So naturally when the doctor said I can't run for the week, I balled my eyes out. This is week one of my outdoor track season, so I need a way to work around this without hurting my leg. Any other exercise tips our alternative leg workouts are welcome. Thank you!!!
