first of all, depends on the kind of body you have, your one of the kind with the slow metabolism, its gonna take you about 3 years to get it cut and notable. then start putting weigh and working out hard. add abs to your routine if you don't have it, eat a lot of carbohydrates and eat a lot, but burn it too, if you have a fast metabolism just run and work them out, i have had experienced it i have a fast metabolism
