Generally, it is difficult for teens and pre-teens to build much muscle until after puberty has kicked in for a while. This is when your body's testosterone production increases, and you need that to build muscle.
Your best bet for a strong, lean physique is to play sports, jog or run, and do a lot of push-ups, curls, shoulder lifts, shoulder extensions, and rowing actions with weight to help your muscle definition.
Do not get discouraged! At first, it may not seem like you're building much muscle, but you're setting the stage for future muscle growth. In the mean time, you're keeping your body fit, lean, and strong.

that is very good an averaged speed 14 year old should runs this in 27-28.5, i run it in 26.28 for a 14 year old, and im pretty quick, but 23.4 is insane

150 is not "fat" for a 14 year old, near this age muscles and your whole body grow, this puts a lot if weight on your body. I am 5'6 and im 151 and i only have a small body
