Why are some people skinny but have chubby cheeks?

Some people may appear skinny yet have chubby cheeks due to a combination of genetics, body fat distribution, and facial structure. Genetics plays a significant role in where fat is stored, and some individuals may naturally accumulate fat in their cheeks regardless of their overall body weight. Additionally, factors such as water retention, muscle tone, and age can also influence the appearance of the face, contributing to chubby cheeks even in otherwise slim individuals.

They are usually considered a genetic trait, passed down through families.

How do you get dimples?

That is the great question! I do not know the answer. I have not read it any where. It is purely a guess work. But it should be correct. Facial muscles are very superficial muscles. In case of the dimple the muscle fibers spread in all the direction away from the dimple site. When the muscle contracts, skin is pulled inside to give you dimple. I have been thinking about the dimple for decades, as I love the dimple very much.
