You Just have to stretch a lot the best way to do that is to try to do the butterfly stretch and this is how you do it

Step 1 : Stretch a little

Step 2 : Instead of crossing your legs , you put your feet together

Step 3 : This is the last step all you have to do is just relax and try to make your legs touch the floor
