Have been having severe leg and hip cramping and charley horses in my left leg. Not doing increased activities or exercise. Happens when I am sleeping a few hours. I was thinking it was lactic acid? ------------------------------------ Unless you have RLS (restless Leg Syndrom- cant keep your feet or legs from moving, twitching), its probably not lactic acid buildup. If you sit for longs periods of time, it is advisable to see a doctor.
