Tricky question there, basically you won't know because the muscle fibres will get stronger and bigger but until you train for hypertrophy (increase in muscle girth) then you won't know. You will only know after a few months. Be careful because the localised fat stores could disappear and give the impression of the muscles getting bigger. Other than that, if you are getting muscular soreness everytime you train your muscles will adapt to that and will get stronger so keep training mate.
! any other questions e-mail me @ joshcook367@hotmail.co.uk and i will answer any questions Thanks!
Yes, the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) can make your muscles grow
Anyone who is healthy enough to tolerate exercise can grow muscles. From young children to senior citizens.
To make your muscles grow fast you need a protein rich diet and adequate exercise.
Exercise
YES
grow muscles when your older
Exercise is the natural way to "grow" muscles, though there is no growing actually involved. If you want larger, better defined muscles, you work out.
You can exercise and make your hips grow more muscles. Eat a diet with enough protein to help the muscles grow.
In terms of diet, muscle growth is more related to having enough protein, than to vitamin supplements. Exercise is also necessary if you want your muscles to grow. Diet alone does not cause muscles to grow, although it can cause pot bellies to grow.
because that is what helps you grow your muscles and grow stronger
