There are many ways to make your body weak, although I don't know why anyone would do them.

1.) Don't exercise

2.) Don't eat well

3.) Don't stay hydrated

4.) Don't wash your hands before and after meals, going to the bathroom, and touching your face

5.) Consistently put yourself at risk

6.) Stress

These are the things I can think of to avoid if you want to stay healthy.
