1] Drink 4 cups of water a day ( it might seem a lot but it isn't!)

2] bend over so your hair is upside down and brush it from the roots to the ends.

3] brush your hair 5 or more times a day.

4]wash your hair every 2 days and after shampooing and conditioning turn te shower onto cold to lock in the nutrients from the shampoo.

5] straighten your hair ( not too much)

6] Use heat protection spray ( if it says use on wet hair, put it on before you shower when your hair is dry, to stop greasiness.

7] If you have a bath, pour 5 teaspoons of olive oil into the water & 5 teaspoons of salt.also if you have herb or fruity shampoo or conditioner use that on your hair too.

8]. Massage your scalp regulary

9] when your hair is wet from shower/bath put it up in the towell.

This should help! And your hair may grow up to 4 inches in around about 5 weeks! But you may find it works quiker! Horse shampoo or contitioner also works and saddle and bridle tack shine us GREAT. For your nails!

If you have a fade how long will it take for you to grow dreads?

The time it takes to grow dreads from a fade haircut can vary significantly depending on the hair growth rate and desired length for the dreads. On average, hair grows about half an inch per month, so it may take anywhere from 6 months to a couple of years to grow enough hair to form dreads, depending on how long you want them. Additionally, the process of locking the hair into dreadlocks can take several more months. It's essential to consider hair texture and maintenance during this time as well.
