Ok here's a better answer for you.. measure you rib cage just under your boobs kinda tight.. if that number is an odd number round up to the next even number so say you got a 33 rib cage found it up to a 34 that's your band size.. Then measure across your boobs around your back not too tight... so say you got a 36 for this number... minus the top number which was 33 from 36 that's 3 So you would wear a 34C or at leat try that first. if the band is too loose but the cup seems fine try a 32D because they would both have the same cup size. Increase the cup size when gogin down the band size. Hope this helped.
