Some would claim there are products or shakes you can take to increase your height at any age. The truth is, that's not really doing it naturally (letting your genetics take its course is doing it naturally).

But even products that boast to boost your height after your body is done growing, well, aren't going to work.

You can encourage your full genetic potential. Eat lots of protein, exercise and don't smoke or drink too much caffeine, especially during your teenage years.

At 21, some people still do grow, so you never know.
