oh my goodness. i have this exact queston in my homework and i cannot find the answer ANYWHERE.

Whatever state the mind is in, the body reacts to.If the mind is stressed, the muscles tense causing stress on the on the organs witch can then in turn have to work harder to maintain their natural working order.If the mind is relaxed or at ease,then in turn so are the muscles and organs of the body, enabling them to function more efficiently.The whole process is a chain reaction.Hope this helps....... :)
