Terr's answerIMPORTANT: The numbers below are based on statistics. At fifteen you are still growing, and what you could weigh will vary over your entire fifteenth year. You are short for your age (below the 3rd percentile), and that would tend to make true healthy weight figures slightly higher than the statistical average for your age group. Various other factors regarding your build may make the numbers below invalid for you, also.

The figures below are calculated from the statistical BMI (body mass index) for 15 year olds and a height of 4'9". The average is calculated from the average BMI. The 50% range is the range is calculated from the 25th percentile and 75th percentiles. That is, the range for which 25% of 15 year olds are heavier and 25% are lighter ... or the middle half of the population. Since 15 year olds are still growing and developing, I've given the numbers for early 15 years old, middle 15 years old, and late 15 years old. Also, since you didn't say what sex you are, I've given the figures for both boys and girls.

Girls

15y 0.5mo Average 89.8 pounds; 50% range 86.5 - 94.2 pounds

15y 6.5mo Average 90.3 pounds; 50% range 84.8 - 94.8 pounds

15y 11.5mo Average 90.8 pounds; 50% range 87.5 - 95.3 pounds

Boys

15y 0.5mo Average 91.8 pounds; 50% range 84.4 - 101.6 pounds

15y 6.5mo Average 93.4 pounds; 50% range 85.9 - 103.3 pounds

15y 11.5mo Average 94.7 pounds; 50% range 87.2 - 104.7 pounds
