How to see a huge improvement within 10 days

1. Lie down on a comfortable bed. Place one leg up STRAIGHT AS POSSIBLE and the other just bending next to it. You should feel a strong stretch. Do for 1 minute them swap legs.


2. Place both legs up in the air but one leg just behind the other. You should feel the muscle stretch. Swap legs and do this for 1 minute each.


3. Last of all, put both legs up in the air for as long as possible.




Repeat this two times
Do this for 10 days
Your legs will be skinner than before
