It depends on your body type. I am also 36, but I am 5'5" about 164lbs. For me I look great at 145lb. had a baby a year ago, and was going to gym 4 days a week. doing abdominal work out like crazy, lower and upper abs. Running or jogging is good too. But I stopped to do yard work, It was a big project, that can be considered a workout. none the less i sopped going and then i get loose! I just need to exercise regularly, because then I choose better food etc. WE HAVE TO PUT OURSELVES ON THE LIST. I gain all over not just in butt and thighs or upper chest. for me i love my body, i just want the love handles gone. Because you have 2 inches on me. You may look fabulous at 164lbs. It also depends on body fat. Remember muscle weighs more than fat. It is just a number on the scale, get your BMI checked, and working out regularly, really kicks the metabolism up. It takes time. Everyone is different, we can't compare ourselves to others, you are unique.
