Iam 19 girl 168cm tall, 52kg and have a similar problem. Im a medic so i often take my own BP which is about 110/70 and my resting HR is about 90. I dont drink much coffee or alcohol, i am relatively fit but find when i excersise my HR can get up to 190. lol just a little bit worried... but cant seem to find much info about this
