Find a brick wall, lossen the bottom of your arm as if you no longer had the ability to flex it, and swing it as hard as you can at te wall as if it is an inanimate object, making sure the top of your hand (unflexed)connects first.
I suggest using the scientific method and making an experiment out of it.
First make a hypothesis. Then conduct the experiment above, and right down the results for you to consider later on, as you will have a bit of time to consider many things.
If you want to write down the results, make sure you use your non writing hand, or failing that, first install some voice recognition software on your PC.
