if u mean can u be a bit wide aroun the waist even though u workout And have a six pack, then ya, it's possible. just because u hve abs, doesn't mean u can't still be big around the waist. Also, if u do intense cardio workouts like everyday it takes time to get slim. If you've Been Doing intense workout for a really long time (about 6 months) then you probably just have inherited bad metabolism. But if the buldge looks odd and not right and you been woking out fr a super ssuper long time, it wouldn't hurt 2 c a doctor
