One example of good posture is to stand with your shoulders back, knees straight and chest out. Another good posture example while sitting is to sit with your back straight and your shoulder back. Keep your feet flat on the floor and avoid sitting in the same position after 30 minutes.

well,, sitting the right way would be a way... Standing the correct way... and to have regular consultations could be possible ways...

What you want to do is stand up and push your chest out a little so your back is straight then push your shoulders up, then roll them back, that's practice standing, walking and sitting like that as much as possible. pretty soon it'll come natural and feel natural, at the beginning it will feel a little weird cause your back is not strong anymore to keep the right posture so it may hurt for like the first week. but that's how you do it :-)

You can develop good posture by always sitting up straight when you are seated. Then, try taking up yoga or another type of stretching exercise that places emphasis on correct body alignment.
