I would first, search out a good Fitness program in your area maybe close to home. YMCA's are still popular and pretty cheap in our area, but find a facility you are comfortable with and if they don't offer Fitness games, invest in a Kinect (Xbox360) or a Wii system for your home. These 2, I know have great Fitness games.
There are many great and cheap treadmills out there that will be available for your home gym. I, however, suggest All Spirit Fitness because they have very cheap, but safe and good brands for you to buy.
