A way to make your hair less sweaty is put in in a bun. Especially for people with long hair, if you put your hair in a pony tail, you still have it touching your back and and it gets sweaty. Another way is to, drink lots of fluids, like water to keep you cool, because that will help a lot with the sweaty hair situation. If none of these things are working you can try after you exercise to just put your hair in water (if your in a rush and can't take a shower) and you ring your hair out then blow dry it (or put it in whatever style you would like). But using a flat iron keeps it unsweaty sometimes but it is bad for your hair. So the best way is basically the bun but if you cut your hair short it would help. Or when your exercising just get in the shade more, drink lots or water, and rest every once in a while. If you have bangs or side bangs the oil from your sweat would go on your hair so it will make it oily. So when you exercise it is best to keep your hair up and out of your face for that period of the time.
