We do everyday physical activity, like for example by simply walking along the street is a great way to burn calories and it is the simplest way to do exercise. We are not aware that by simply doing our household choirs and activity of daily living is one of those exercises we made a day for our body. We need to exercise in order to be more active everyday. Thus Physical fitness has a vital role in our health example of it are to prevent or treat many chronic health conditions brought on by unhealthy lifestyle or aging like being a smoker, alcoholic and having a disease in heart that can lead to more serious complications. Thus by doing this or Working out can also help people sleep better in night. Therefore I conclude that to stay healthy and physically fit it's important to participate in physical activity everyday.
