depends on if you have a high or low metabalism.
if you have a high one it probably doesnt matter if you excercise or not.
if you have a low one you will probably get fat...if you dont excercise

Exercise is always good for you but why are you not eating healthy foods? If you know you are not doing so, then why dont you look into how to improve your diet as you do into exercising your body. You dont have to eat hamburgers with mayo, sauce and cheese every day if you know better. Have a good bowl of cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a supper with veggies and lean meat. What happens is that you can exercise but not give your body enough good nutrients to keep you healthy. There are enough sites, on line, that can guide you in the right direction. Keep you heart and arteries in good shape and, with the exercise, you will feel better and live a better life.

After exercise your pulse becomes faster. The reason you get exhausted while doing exercise is you can't get enough oxygen into your body.
They will first start to hurt, but they are actually becoming stronger and stronger!!
