In our fitness group, The Jack Webb is a push-up followed by an upward air press while on the knees. The repetitions increase with each subsequent call of "down" Usually in sets of 1-10. 1-5: "This is easy. This is stupid." 6-10: "This is awful. I'm dying. This is stupid."
