bpm or beats per minute refers to heart rate. At 13 you are nearly considered an adult by medical standards. Some childrens hospitals (in Dallas, Tx for instance) sends all 13 year olds to the adult ER. Depending on your weight, how 'in shape' you are and other factors the average bpm would be 60-100 with an average of 80 - 90 or so. Anything under 120(while at rest) is nothing to be worried about.

It is the heart rate that most of the people in the population have. But beyond that it does not mean much; if a doctor was trying to decide if your heart rate was high or low, they would use charts which take into account your age, weight and height. Don't compare yourself to 'average'. Alternatively, it may be the 'average' of your heartrate throughout the day.
"Cross Your Heart and Hope to Spy" is not a movie, but rather the title of the second book in the Gallagher Girls series by Ally Carter. The series follows a group of teenage girls training to become spies at a prestigious academy. The title is a play on the phrase "cross my heart and hope to die," emphasizing the secretive and high-stakes nature of the girls' training.
