It makes a big difference on weight normalities if you are male or female. YOU are 19 yrs old 6'4''? Football player? Small bones? Large bones? I am definitley not an expert but I would think 200lbs with a definite allowance for frame and gender. Can you pinch more than an inch on your waist? Do you eat healthy and stay active? Look at someone your age and height and same gender who you think appears healthy and see what that person weighs if you can. That is what I would do. My husband is about 6', 27 years old about 190lbs and could lose a little on his belly.??????
