I turned 17 in may and I'm 5'10 and 155 pounds. I looked it out and found it's average but going down the streets and in school I'm no as tall as people in my school.

You can weigh anywhere between 130 and 175 pounds. My daughter is 5'10, she will be 17 in December and she weighs 133lbs but she has very long legs (36" inside leg)and a mini butt, hips and breasts. She wears 6-8 extra long pants, but wears a 8-10 on top as she has quite broad shoulders. If you are like this you will probably look better towards the lower end of the range, but if you are curvier with hips and breasts you may look better towards the upper end of the range. It should depend on your body-type... which technically isn't that helpful.

When people try and determine things like this they tend to forget that body-type/frame is useful as well as racial heritage (... yes that's important).

People whose heritage comes from the meditterranean as a general rule (remembering that there are many exceptions to this rule) have a more solid bodyframe then those from the colder regions of Europe. Africans have a generally weedy bodytype etc.

All that really matters especially as a 17 year old is the fact that you are capable of doing everything that you set out to do and what the 'average' ( if such a thing really exists) 17 year old does healthily.

If your worried about weight, maybe start eating healthy foods three times daily (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), and excersize.
