If you are eating healthy, and exercising regularly, any weight should be okay. The 17 year-olds I see are probably about 150-170. Some people are naturally thin, and may only weight 130 or so. My cousin is that way and she probably is about 135-140. She is healthy and plays softball all year. One of my best friends is only 5'4" and weighs about 160. She is healthy too. She plays volleyball Basketball and softball. Basically, if you are eating right and not sitting on the couch all day, your weight should be healthy.
