Well, it really depends on a lot of things. Like: Gender, frame and build, muscle.... I am actually 5'11'', and I am a 17 year old girl. I have a pretty light frame for being so tall. I weigh 107. But most people who are 5'11'' are naturally going to weigh more, just because of how light my frame is. If you were an average, teenage or young adult female who is 5'11'', I would say you should weigh (this is, with a normal frame-- I don't know how light or muscley you are built) maybe around 130 or so. That would be an ideal, healthy weight for a normal build. Again, some of my friends think I weight very little, but 107 lbs. isn't a little, and I am just built differently than some people. How much DO you weigh??? Because there isn't really an AVERAGE weight, because there is no AVERAGE build. It all depends on your frame, build, muscles, bone density, etc. It also depends on your age. A 5'11'' child or teenager is likely to weigh less than a 5'11'' adult just because their body hasn't fully developed yet. It also depends on your gender. A 5'11'' male is probably going to weigh more than a 5'11'' female, because bones are thicker/more dense, and they have more muscle, consequently making them heavier. So you see, asking the average weight for someone who is 5'11'' depends on a lot of things and you really should be more specific when you ask. Anyway, I happen to be 5'11'' and I am a 19 year old girl. My body structure and build is very light and my bones are smaller than usual (yes, this has been established by a doctor :-) So because of my unusually light build but tall body, I weigh 115. But that's not really the norm for someone who is 5'11'', however it is alright for me because of my build. So, to finally answer your question. Here are the average percentages. (But if you have a lot of muscle, you may weigh a whole lot but still be in great shape-- even more slim than someone who weighs less than you). 5'11'' 12-15 year old female: 130-145 5'11'' 12-15 year old male: 135-155 5'11'' 16+ female: 135-160 5'11'' 16+ male: 150-200 I truly hope this helps!
