Push ups are done by pushing oneself up off of the ground (arms only) and pull ups are done by lifting oneself up by means of an elevated bar. Pull ups are much harder to do. Different muscles are exercised by these two types of exercise.
It depends on what your goals are.
Crunches, Pullups, and Pushups are all good core exercises for beginners to learn.
Jogging/running, do pullups on your door frame, do pushups on a rug, or do crunches on a mat.

Pushups are done while resting on the toe tips and palms (or fingertips). For men or women who cannot do this, they can rest on their knees and palms while doing pushups.
Get a personal trainer if you wanna lift weights and all that you can also do pullups situps pushups and cardio too

Eat protein: chicken, steak,and fish. and do kruches,situps,bicycles, pushups, and pullups.
um do exersises all day punch and kick 100 times a day do pullups situps pushups and squats 30-40 times a day
You could go to the gym and do some bench presses and machines that help. If you are underaged i would advise you to do pushups, pullups (Buy a pullup bar) or dips! Good Luck!
