Motor related fitness is the ability for an athlete to perform well in their specific sport (also known as specific fitness). They are: agility, co-ordination, power, balance and reaction time (speed is debatable). Health related fitness is the ability for a person to cope with the physical demands of everyday life (also known as general fitness). They are: cardiovascular endurance, speed, strength, flexibility and body composition. The components of fitness can differ slightly but I believe these to be correct.
