For the Fitness Flyer, it's best to use a silicone-based lubricant or a specific fitness equipment lubricant designed for use on exercise machines. These lubricants help reduce friction, ensure smooth operation, and prevent wear on moving parts. Avoid using oil-based lubricants, as they can attract dust and debris, potentially damaging the equipment. Always refer to the manufacturer's recommendations for the best results.
The weight of a new Flyer bus radiator can vary depending on the specific model and size of the radiator. However, on average, a bus radiator can weigh between 50 to 100 pounds. It is best to consult the manufacturer or supplier for the exact weight of the specific radiator you are looking for.
the size of the flyer really all depends on the size of the base or bases, genuinely the flyer should be shorter but if she is very light that makes an difference, also if the flyer can hold his/her weight very well and stay tight that makes a HUGE difference to but usually the flyer is smaller than her supportung stunt group.
a flyer is e-mailimnAn E-Flyer is an Electronic Flyer, it's communicate like a paper flyer, but it's online flyer, and can be animated too.
Usually a light girl, or a girl whome can hold her weight in the air. A girl can be 140 lbs and be a flyer if she can hold her own weight.
It completely depends on your group entirely. You can be very tall, but very light & you could be very short, but very heavy. There is no real answer to that sorry, but I'm 5'2 & i weigh 102
There is no particular height that a flyer should be in order to fly in a stunt. The most important thing that a flyer needs is skill. A flyer should not be afraid to go up in stunts, they should be tight and have good balance. Without these, it is very diffucult to have good stunt. Although there is no exact height to be a flyer, they are typically short and very light.
Flying has NOTHING to do with weight. I am 105 and I am a flyer. There are people who are LIGHTER than me that are my base. The reason they aren't flyers is because they aren't balanced and they are too scared. You have to be brave, very balanced, and have confidence in yourself and your base. Your base has to be strong and you have to trust them. It will take some practice to get balance but it helps. Flyrs should NEVER be over weight and should NEVER EVER try to be under weight. It's not worth risking your health to be a flyer.
yes u can do a stunt with only 3 people... but make sure that you have spotters... you need a flyer and then 2 bases... but the bases have to be stong or the flyer has to be light and carry her own weight...
