It doesn't matter how old you are. Everyone has a six pack but it's covered by a layer of fat on the stomach. So if you want a six pack you have to burn the fat of the stomach to get definition. Sit ups and crunches alone wont do it. You have to have a good diet and run a lot to burn the fat but that doesnt mean not to do sit ups and crunches. It only means that you just dont only do them alone.
