Comfort is based totally on one's personal preference. Comfortable means experiencing a state of comfort or total relaxation. What is comfortable for me may not be comfortable for you. For example, a particular indoor temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit may be just right for you or too hot/ too cold, etc. I may prefer a flat pillow when I sleep because it is more comfortable, and someone else may prefer a very plush, stuffed pillow because they deem it more comfortable for them personally.
