You should eat only every 2 hours if you really need to. You are meant to eat breakfast at around 9:30 or 8:30, eat lunch at 11:30 or 12:30 and dinner about 7:00 or 8:00. Also have a snack every now and then. REMEMBER, NOT TO MUCH JUNK FOOD AND STAY FIT!

After an evening workout, it is best to stay away from high protein meals. A little protein goes a long way and it fuels the body. To sleep peacefully, a light meal of a salad and fruit would sustain your stomach and your rest more than a concentrated meal of proteins.

The idea of not eating two hours before bedtime is excellent in that your body needs to be resting...and digesting a meal is not resting!. Just be sure to be fed, not stuffed in your final meal of the day.
