When your muscles work, they do a lot of chemistry. Some of that chemistry involves using up oxygen and producing carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide needs to be removed from your blood, and the oxygen needs to be replaced, (or the muscles will quit working properly) - and your lungs do both of those things. When you're panting, you're blowing off the extra carbon dioxide your muscles made, and pulling in more oxygen. (You're also blowing out some of the extra heat you're making, and pulling in cooler air, so the panting helps prevent overheating - but it's mostly about the oxygen and carbon dioxide.)
It's good to do some deep breathing right before you exercise, to build up some extra oxygen.
why you breathe hard after working outbecause you are using energy...and when you use energy it is harder to breathe...so when you are done your body is taking the advantage that it is getting from you stopping. AlsooooWhen you exercise your body makes more CO2, and takes in more O2, so the more CO2 you need to get rid of, so the more you need to breathe.
because its hard to breathe thin air above earths surface, the higher you go its hard to breathe oxygen.
It is very hard to breathe underwater without assistance from an air tank.
well i breathe deeply and then bend and SNAP
Hard to take in air
because the air is thinner the higher the altitude is.
