It depends on what you're looking for. Turbo Jam is a much faster and fun type of exercise that burns tons of calories while you're "shaking" it. Slim in 6 is slower and targets specific areas at once so it's a little more intense. Both programs will get you fantastic results in no time, but it just depends on what kind of program interests you. I personally prefer Turbo Jam.
