During exercise, the body sends most of the blood to the muscles. The digestive organs temporarily are put on "hold". The body prefers that eating/drinking should be done separately from exercise, with a waiting period in between.
well, after you exercise drink chocolate milk or water, but i would say milk over water, but have water while you work out, also after you work out there is this drink called "slim fast" the kind that is suppose to be instead of a meal drink that as a recovery drink, my dad does Insanity and P90X so he is working out all of the time and that is what he does and it works!

yes it is normal to want to throw up while having a mingraine. if the mingraine is bad enough you will eventually throw up so stay close to a bathroom and drink lots of water and rest as much as you can.
If you drink too much, you could get sick, but if you only have a sip you might just feel nasty for a while. Chlorine water is actually safe for consumption sometimes. For example, in my district of Cali, they add chlorine to our water to help clean our teeth.
